Astrology is the recognition of mainly planets and asteroids in our solar system and an understanding of how these celestial bodies influence us as human beings and shape our destinies. This idea developed during the Hellenistic period (25-325 BC). Back then astrology was inseparable from astronomy. In fact astrology used to be acknowledged as a science up until the 17th century (see reference: Did You Know? The Influence of Astrology on the Science of Astronomy along the Silk Roads | Silk Roads Programme (unesco.org)). One branch of astrology developed with mathematical theories and precise measurements, which eventually departed from the more magical part where these measurements are translated into predictions. A piece written in 1755 associates astrology with Art and a branch of Mathematics and furthermore with the making of calendars (A new light for young mathematicians by John Willme). However, by the beginning of the 19th century astronomy starts to be described completely separately from astrology speaking of the Zodiac only as the matter of fact (see reference: Astrology: Finding Meaning in the Stars | CSUN University Library).

Now, why do I find this piece of information important? Well, I understand astrology in terms of mathematics, and I seek to combine the ancient ideas of astrology with that of science and astronomy. For example, we know through science that the moon and earth exert a gravitational pull on each other, which results in the fact that the moon influences tides (see reference: Tides – NASA Science). If we stay with this thought and let it enlighten us with the idea of energies from planets and asteroids – as well as certain points – influence life on earth. As humans, we consist primarily of water, so the idea of these elements influencing us appear plausible. Yet, there is no science that back this up – but to my knowledge, there is also no science which falsify these ideas. This is a strong reason for me to delve into astrology. I have an insatiable curiosity that drives me to explore the intersection of science, particularly mathematics and physics, with the mystical realm of magic. In this fascinating blend, I observe behaviors, life choices, and much more. This is what drives my astrological curiosity where I have discovered its uncanny ability to predict situations.

Astrology, to me, is not just a whimsical pursuit; it’s a powerful tool. By considering the precise moment we took our first breath, we recognize that we were influenced by the exact energies enveloping Earth at that very instant. This concept lies in the heart of natal horoscopes. Imagine positioning the planets at our birth time and exploring how these celestial points interrelate. Over a lifetime, they’re further influenced by transits and the planetary constellations of others.

The idea of this web-page is to demystify astrology for everyday folks. I want to steer clear of the overly complex astrological jargon that often confuses non-professional enthusiasts. Instead, I aim to present planetary constellations and transits in a language accessible to all. No need to venture down a nerdy astrology rabbit hole—let’s keep it straightforward and comprehensive.

My aim and vision is to inform and equip ordinary people with simple insights and skills to understand the cosmic dance that shapes our lives. I hope you will follow me on this journey😊.
